This is not a drill people. Astros players are already watching tapes, and probably getting scared as I type this. They are in a pennant race and Ohtani will be on the bump against them possibly twice before the season ends.
Shohei Ohtani is starting Sunday.

As I predicted in the upcoming series preview, Shohei Ohtani is your Sunday starter against the Astros. ShoDay is back. If all goes well in this start, Ohtani could pitch as many as 5 total games in the month of September.
Jeff Fletcher recently confirmed it, so this is all that’s left to do:
Remember, Ohtani hasn’t pitched in a game since June 6th. Over 9 starts he amassed 61 Ks in 49.1 innings with a 3.10 ERA.
Here is a four pitch Ohtani overlay just because it’s fun.
You can also never have too much of the Ohtani puppet
8/22 The Shohei Ohtani puppet is back and better than ever.
