The first 37 picks of the draft will be on June 10, which consists of the first round plus Competitive Balance Round A. The Angels select 10th overall. June 11 features rounds two through five, plus Competitive Balance Round B. The Angels have three picks on Day 2, having forfeited their second-round selection by signing free agent Anthony Rendon in December.

ESPN’s coverage will be helmed by Karl Ravech and Kiley McDaniel from their studios, along with various analysts remotely. In addition, there will be a camera on one front office member of each team, in a similar method to how the NFL Draft was conducted remotely in April.
MLB also announced on Friday that the signing deadline has been moved this year from July 10 to August 1, to allow more time for clubs to arrange physicals for their picks.
The total signing bonus pool for the Angels’ four picks is $6,397,100, including $4,739,900 for their first-round pick, 10th overall. Unlike normal years, the bonus pool can only be spread across those specific picks. Teams can sign undrafted players for a maximum bonus of $20,000.
