According to ESPN’s Buster Olney, former Cubs manager Joe Maddon will interview with the Angels, presumably for the team’s open managerial position.
.@Buster_ESPN just reported on Golic & Wingo that Joe Maddon will interview with the Angels.

The news comes fresh off the heels of the Angels making several coaching changes, including the dismissal of Brad Ausmus and several other notable members of their coaching staff in the wake of a dismal 2019 season.
Maddon got his start with the Angels franchise and was bench coach in 2002.
A vaunted resume, his docket includes a World Series title in 2016, two pennants, and a .540 managerial record spanning 16 different seasons with the Angels, Rays, and Cubs.
